Retroconsulting is about understanding that our tools and people have limitations, but we still need to get results. In a complex world, results are achieved by identifying and solving problems until only trivial ones remain.

Business/System Analysis

Business Cases
I've been the main author of business cases for and Fire and Emergency, the Department of Internal Affairs, NZ Trade and Enterprise, and the Department of Conservation (three). I have also contributed content to many others.
